What is Vision Driven Artists?
Vision Driven Artists (VDA) is a program of Vision Driven Consulting (VDC). In 2013, when Brittany first started teaching workshops for nonprofit organizations in Philadelphia, she kept noticing more and more artists in the room. She approached Gina Renzi, a longtime arts advocate and Director of The Rotunda in West Philly, to find out if she wanted to host a workshop for artists. Gina was thrilled and asked Brittany to host 12 months of free workshops for artists and arts organizations, which would be fully funded by The Rotunda. In our first year, we saw 350 workshop attendees! Our artists applied for and won grants, they collaborated on projects, shared space and materials, and expressed a renewed sense of hope and excitement for their work.
Since then, VDA has been committed to finding more and more creative and sustainable ways to increase resources and opportunities for local artists and arts organizations. We've partnered with dozens of individuals and organizations, and have been adding programming "on demand" as we get to know what artists want and need.

Programs
The Rotunda & CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia Workshops
We partner with individuals and organizations to offer capacity-building workshops. Sessions may occur once or as a series. All workshops are interactive and can be taught online or in person. Some workshops may have more than one facilitator. We can create new curriculum to fit with your group's needs.
Arts Fundraising Boot Camp
A program designed to help artists and arts organization staff find funding to support specific projects. Participants will obtain the skills and materials needed to find and submit grants and create a personalized fundraising plan.
