Vision Driven Service Series.

The Vision Driven Service Series provides professional development and networking opportunities for AmeriCorps & Year of Service Members in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Refreshments provided.

Dates & Times: 2nd Wednesday of each month, August 2016 - July 2017, 9:30 – 11:30am       
Locations: Sites change monthly. Be sure to sign up for updated location information.
Cost: $15/workshop; $150/series (12 workshops); Ask about discounted rates for groups.

Intermediate Grant Writing - November 9, 2016
  • Learn the language and process of grant writing
  • Identify tools you can use to discover funding opportunities
  • Practice reading and writing an actual grant proposal

Public Speaking & Presentation Skills - December 14, 2016
  • Discuss the use of visual supports (Powerpoint, Prezi, etc.)
  • Practice speaking in front of a small group
  • Receive constructive feedback from colleagues
